Accreditation is important for the Indian universities to come up at the international level and all the courses being offered by various institutions should be at par with the best across the world. But, the problem is at present accreditation is not being done in a proper way as there are so many factors coming into the picture. Accreditation in true sense is not being done right now, basically the ethical and moral value is going down and all kinds of complaints are coming up, which is bringing band name to the whole process. We know institutions which are not doing well but have been accredited, this should be avoided.
