Q: What is an ATES ?

An ATES is an entrepreneur/freelancer/consultant who has been trained by and certified by Amazon to help Sellers manage their business on Amazon.in . ATES stands for Amazon trained ecommerce specialist, an ATES can assist the seller in managing their account (add product listings, do Price & Quantity Update, do product cataloging, create promotions), managing email communication between the seller and their buyers, managing claims, refunds and all other features of the Seller Central platform. An ATES works alongside the seller to help them manage their business more effectively and also assists in growing the sellers business. The ATES program aims at supplementing the sellers efforts to grow their business, explore additional features the seller may not be aware off and need assistance with.

You would need to assist Amazon.in sellers in managing their accounts, buyer communications, managing claims, refunds and all other features of seller portal. You would support sellers in managing their business more effectively and also assists in growing your business.
